His journey started in the heart of Downtown Willoughby with the Chagrin River Diner, where he learned the rhythm of early-morning regulars and built the kind of community that only comes from showing up day after day. From there, he took the reins at The Pub at the end of Lost Nation Road, then brought his energy to Castaways River Tiki Bar, where summers on the water became legendary. But as much as he loved the river, Kirk felt the pull back to the charm of DTW — closer to the people who've supported him from the start.
