Refund Policy

Our policy for event tickets and partner events.

No Refunds

All ticket sales are final.

Transferable

Tickets can be transferred.

Rain or Shine

All events proceed as scheduled.

All Sales Are Final

All Taste CLE events and our partners' events are No Refunds on Tickets. All Sales Final. Once a ticket purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or personal emergencies.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets can be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. To transfer a ticket, contact the event organizer or reach out to us at help@mail.tastecleveland.net for assistance.

Rain or Shine

All events are rain or shine. Event organizers reserve the right to proceed with events regardless of weather conditions. Ticket holders assume responsibility for checking weather forecasts and dressing appropriately. In the rare event that an organizer cancels an event entirely, ticket holders will be notified of the organizer's rescheduling or credit policy.

Event Cancellations

If an event organizer cancels an event completely (not postponed), the organizer's cancellation policy applies. TasteCLE facilitates communication between ticket holders and organizers but does not control individual organizer refund decisions. Contact the event organizer directly for questions about canceled events.
