Centered around classic American dishes with an emphasis on freshness, quality, and whole foods, Betts is your go-to in the neighborhood. The goal is simple: create a menu featuring thoughtfully sourced ingredients; mix with a creative approach to a healthy lifestyle; add a dash of much deserved indulgence; and pepper with genuine hospitality. The result? An entirely new approach to dining in downtown Cleveland. We believe the foundation of any home begins with good people, better food, and the best of times. The Schofield home was anchored by its heart and matriarch, Elizabeth, wife of Captain Levi Schofield and namesake of our homebase. A pillar of progress and inclusivity for Cleveland, beloved mother of two, Elizabeth “Betsy” Schofield was known as a gracious and welcoming host to friends, family and strangers alike. Those closest to her, knew her best as Betts.
