About Beez Bites Food Truck

My name is Brian (B). I started cooking at the age of 8. I always loved watching my grandma and mom cook, especially during holidays. My mother and I use to always watch the Emeril Lagasse cooking show on Food Network, and it was so amazing to see him cook and make people so excited and happy to taste his food. I then said to myself: “I want to make people happy like that and inspire the youth the way he was inspiring me at such a young age.” In 2017 I joined and graduated from a culinary program called Edwin’s here in Cleveland, where I learned a lot. The program taught me how to use my trade and turn it into a business. I really enjoy creating different dishes and just seeing people’s reaction to my food. Owning my own food truck has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I finally turned my passion into a habit and love doing it.
