Owner Joe Menendez got things cooking in 2017 with just a simple smoker, a pop-up tent, and big smoky dreams. Word spread fast about that bold brisket and those ribs so smoky they might haunt you. One 1,000-gallon wood-fired smoker turned into a bona fide local obsession, with folks lining up wherever the aromatic trailer landed.
The New Brick-and-Mortar Experience
Years of perfecting his low-and-slow craft (and plenty of brisket-induced daydreams) have led to the ultimate flex: Joe's first-ever restaurant right on his home turf. The new Joe’s Barbecue spot is all about leveling-up the classics and making space for BBQ fans old and new.
