Costume Contest Winner Announced that Evening at Westel’s
Get ready for a spooky fun night out. Walk around to the different bars and restaurants in Downtown Willoughby and enjoy the specialty menu from each location. Just stop by all 3 locations and get a drink. As long as you hit all 3 and get your passport filled out, you are eligible to win the $250 Grand Prize for Best Halloween Costume.
Check in is at Westel’s as well so you’ll start there and end there. At check in, we will take your picture and post it for all to see. The staff from all locations and Taste CLE will pick the winner and post right here in the event page.
It’s only $25 and that includes your 3 drinks, passport, specials and entrance to the costume contest. Price does go up day of the event and we are only selling 100 tickets. They are gonna go fast.

Drink items will be announced soon but you’ll get the chance to choose either beer, wine or a spirit. So there is something for everyone. Also each location will have a food special for the event so you can grab snacks while hanging out.
