I am June, the owner of Rooster Kitchen, a food Truck serving the most authentic Pad Thai in Cleveland along with other street food specialties, crêpes, sparkling lemonades, and bubble teas. I wanted to cook food for people the way I remember it from my home in Thailand. I have spent many hours perfecting my recipes to make sure they are just right before bringing them to the festivals and streets of Northeast Ohio.
