I am the maker of MacAttack a home-made, southern style macaroni and cheese. We started as a mobile food business in 2022 offering only Macaroni and cheese with the choice of 4 fresh toppings: Bacon, chives, jalapenos and sour cream. Because customers couldn’t choose just one, they chose all the toppings hence the loaded bowl was born. Now Macatack is serving the ultimate comfort food all throughout northeast Ohio and in local grocery stores.
