Please join Mollie Battenhouse, MW as she demystifies food and wine pairing. As a Master of Wine, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a skilled gardener, Mollie is a uniquely qualified teacher. The process of selecting a wine to pair with a particular dish often causes undue anxiety. It is surrounded by unfounded myths and outdated concepts. Mollie will simplify the pairing concepts based on the most important factors in the wine and the food. She will demonstrate these concepts via a practical tasting.
