Their menu is made with fresh sustainable ingredients from their local farms, Rainbow Farms North Madison, Red Basket Farms Kinsman. In addition, next year they will be producing from their own newly purchased 75 acre Coffee Creek Farm. The ever changing seasonal menu features Chef Nicholas Kustala’s hand-crafted dishes alongside fresh pastries, desserts and breads from Chef Partner Michelle Kunich.
