M Italian is a premier brunch spot in Chagrin Falls. Regardless of the season, their spot is warm and inviting. During the winter, enjoy their covered patio which lets in the glowing sunshine and the cozy fireplace keeps the room warm and comfortable. Our experience started with their house pressed coffee, very much a step up from the typical cup of coffee you’ll find. A Bloody Mary is usually the way brunch drinkers get started but we decided to go with a Bloody Maria and let the tequila start our morning. And it was a good choice. They use a base mix but after the special additions that only Elliot knows, this Bloody Maria was truly unique and full of flavor. Bomba Tacos and Rum is finally open in Beachwood and it seems everyone wants to try it out. We stopped in today to taste the tacos and some of their specialty drinks. And we even got into some rum flights. Located in La Place at the corner of Richmond and Cedar Roads. Free covered parking is available right next to BOMBA Beachwood! Snag a great parking spot by turning down the side access road directly to the left of BOMBA. There is a patio right up front and a fire pit for those cool evenings. Once you get inside, you’ll see the main dining area off to the right and the bar area to the left. Their staff was more than friendly and everyone had smiles. The place was packed when we got there around 4:15pm but it should be. They have a pretty great happy hour menu complete with $2.50 tacos, $5 cocktails and $3 beers. We went a little bit of a different route. If you really want to eat some tacos, you can do a 10 pack for $35 and it’s absolutely worth it.
